Palli Undalu, also known as Peanut Laddu, Chikki Undalu, or Pappu Undalu, are a popular Indian sweet especially prevalent in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This simple yet delicious treat combines the goodness of roasted peanuts and natural sweetness of jaggery (or bellam). Some recipes also include a hint of cardamom for added flavor and aroma. 

Preparation typically involves roasting fresh peanuts, coarsely grinding them, and then combining them with melted jaggery syrup while still warm and pliable to form small spherical laddus or flat chikki bars. 

Palli Undalu is celebrated for its nutty taste, crunchy texture, and health benefits. It is considered a wholesome snack because it is rich in protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals derived from both peanuts and jaggery.
