At Renuka’s Cloud Kitchen, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with every order. Due to the perishable and food-based nature of our products, we follow strict return and replacement guidelines to maintain quality, hygiene, and fairness.


No Return on Food Items

As all our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

However, we do allow for replacement or refunds in cases where:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery

  • There is a quality issue (with valid proof provided)

  • Items are missing from your order


Reporting an Issue

If you face any of the above issues, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please share:

Non-Refundable Situations
