Support Coverage

We provide assistance for the following:

Order Issues & Resolutions

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Damaged or spoiled products

We may request photos or additional details to investigate the issue. After verification, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, or store credit as appropriate.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders for standard items (snacks, sweets, etc.) can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Custom or bulk catering orders must be canceled at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Limitations

  • Support is available only for orders placed through the official website or verified channels.

  • We do not offer support for third-party platforms unless clearly specified.

  • Support is provided in English, Telugu, and Hindi, based on availability.
